Welcome to Control Companion™ for users of Coapt’s myoelectric pattern recognition system for upper limb prostheses.
Control Companion™ is a mobile, fully functional app designed for calibration, setup, and training with Coapt's pattern recognition system. It provides configuration and diagnostic tools, embedded information, links to learning content, and real-time display of myoelectric patterns and training tools.
All users will appreciate Control Companion™’s full-feature pattern recognition calibration tools. Effective calibration is crucial for intuitive and personalized prosthesis control using Coapt. Calibration can be done for all motions at once or individually. Users can add new data to existing patterns or start fresh. The Control Coach® offers feedback on how to enhance prosthesis control based on calibration data. Users can undo the last calibration and save control states for future use.Control Companion™ is compatible with any Coapt Gen2® system integrated into a prosthesis or any Coapt Gen2® Handheld Evaluation Kit or Demonstration Stand.
